What is the significance of the statues in the temple. I heard someone mention something about kneeling down and praying or something and it gives you a quest, and also where's tthe UW? (Underworld i beleive) thanks for answering my quests ahead of time.

when your continent/country has gods favour, you kneel in front of the statues to call out the god's avatars. for 2 of them, greth & balbazar you pay them 1000g to goto underworld & fissure of woe. best tried with a competent group without henchies or you'll be wasting 1000g.

Yes, if you go with idiots to UW or FoW you will certainly die.

Which reminds me, is it just me or is it getting harder and harder to find a competent group? Earlier I was in a group that looked a bit edgy, seemed to have a few young kids in it, but they all seem to have been to FoW before...

I get down there and one of the level 20s has never even been to the desert yet... He thinks that Droknars Forge is somewhere in the FoW. To top that, he's wearing the ascalon city armor that you first get after pre-searing and he runs out to that patrol that's always running by (to your top right when you get into FoW), aggros two groups and we die in about 45 seconds.

Ugh! What I hate most is the ones who tell you they aren't new only to find out 30 seconds inside UW/FoW when you're all dead that the player is indeed new and, on top of that, can't follow instructions.

Your still new to Fissure until you have cleared the windmill

ooh i did that in the first try in the FoW funny after whe completed the 10k quest whe got killed by a patrol of undead verry funny

but those othere statues should have some worlds of their own to would be nice you talk to dwayna and you get in the heaven to kill angels
